Thursday December 2nd 2021 ππ Read 1 Samuel 24 ππ David spares Saul ππ 1 Samuel 24: 1 - And it came to pass, when Saul was returned from following the Philistines, that it was told him, saying, Behold, David is in the wilderness of Engedi. 2 - Then Saul took three thousand chosen men out of all Israel, and went to seek David and his men upon the rocks of the wild goats. 3 - And he came to the sheepcotes by the way, where was a cave; and Saul went in to cover his feet: and David and his men remained in the sides of the cave. 4 - And the men of David said unto him, Behold the day of which the LORD said unto thee, Behold, I will deliver thine enemy into thine hand, that thou mayest do to him as it shall seem good unto thee. Then David arose, and cut off the skirt of Saul's robe privily. 5 - And it came to pass afterward, that David's heart smote him, because he had cut off Saul's skirt. 6 - And he said unto his men, The LORD forbid that I should do this thing unto my master, the LORD's anointed, to stretch forth mine hand against him, seeing he is the anointed of the LORD. πππππ―ππΎππΎππΎ

And again, I will be to him a Father; and he shall be to me a Son? πππππ―ππΎππΎππΎ

Monday November 29th 2021 ❤ Read Philemon ❤ Appeal for Onesimus ❤ Philemon 8 - Wherefore, though I might be much bold in Christ to enjoin thee that which is convenient, 9 - Yet for love's sake I rather beseech thee, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ. 10 - I beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds: 11 - Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me: 12 - Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels: 13 - Whom I have retained with me, that in thy stead he have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel. 14- But without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly. πππππ―ππΎππΎππΎ
Sunday November 28th 2021 π Read John 10 π The Jews try to arrest Jesus π
Sunday November 28th 2021 π Read John 10 π The Jews try to arrest Jesus π John 10: 22 - And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter. 23 - And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch. 24 - Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. 25 - Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me. 26 - But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. 27 - My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 - And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 - My Father, which gave them to me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. 30 - I and my Father are one. 31 - Then the Jews took up stones to stone him. ππππ―πππΎππΎππΎ
