Saturday August 28th 2021 🔯 Read Daniel 1 🔯 The test of Daniel and his friends 🔯  Daniel 1:   14 - So he consented to them in this matter; and proved them ten days. 15 - And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king's meat. 16 - Thus Melzar took away the portion of their meat, and the wine that they should drink; and gave them pulse. 17 - As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. Friday August 27th 2021 🔯 Read Ezekiel 26 🔯 Prophecy against Tyrus 🔯 And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 2 - Son of man, because that Tyrus hath said against Jerusalem, Aha, she is broken that was the gates of the people: she is turned unto me: I shall be replenished, now she is laid waste: 3 - Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I am against thee, O Tyrus, and will cause many nations to come up against thee, as the sea causeth his waves to come up. 4 - And they shall destroy the walls of Tyrus, and break down her towers: I will also scrape her dust from her, and make her like the top of a rock. 5 - It shall be a place for the spreading of nets in the midst of the sea: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God: and it shall become a spoil to the nations. Wednesday August 25th 2021 🙏 Read Jeremiah 21 🙏 Zedekiah's prayer; God's answer 🙏 Jeremiah 21: 1 - The word which came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, when king Zedekiah sent unto him Pashur the son of Melchiah , and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest, saying, 2 - Enquire, I pray thee, of the LORD for us, for Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon maketh war against us; if so be that the LORD will deal with us according to all  his wondrous works, that he may go up from us. 3 - Then said Jeremiah unto them, Thus shall ye say to Zedekiah: 4 - Thus saith the LORD God of Israel; Behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, where with ye fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans, which besiege you without the walls, and I will assemble them into the midst of this city. 5 - And I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger, and in fury, and in great wrath. 💜💜💜🔯🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
